We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.

Check-in

We aim to have the rooms ready for occupancy from 2.00 p.m. If you are arriving after 8.00 p.m., we kindly ask you to let us know by telephone.

Reservations

become binding upon receipt of a deposit of Euro 300.- per person (excluding children in the parents' room)

Euro 20.- will be refunded for dinners not taken; please cancel your dinner by 12.00 noon

Children up to 7 years stay free in their parents' room (3 Dec – 13 Dec 2026 & 10 Apr – 18 Apr 2027)

For our youngest guests we provide a cot, baby monitor, high chairs, kettle, pram, children's sledge, children's playroom, painting materials and table football.

Cancellation of a reservation – early departure - cancellation fee

The ÖHV terms and conditions (AGBH 2006) of 15 June 2006 apply, see www.oehv.at under FAQs.

Up to 3 months before the guest's agreed day of arrival, the accommodation contract may be cancelled by the contracting party by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.

Outside the period specified in § 5.5., withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

• up to 1 month before the day of arrival
  40 % of the total package price;
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival
  70 % of the total package price;
• in the last week before the day of arrival
  90 % of the total package price.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 70 % of the room rate.

However, we will do our very best to re-let the room as quickly as possible, so that your cancellation costs are reduced or waived altogether.
