Safety information about your winter holidays in Lech
Information Lech Zürs Tourismus
We are currently working closely with the Lech municipality and Lech Zürs Tourismus as well as all other local partners on creating a safety concept for the 2021/22 winter season. There is nothing more important than the health of our guests, employees and local residents.
Safety measures and regulations of Lech Zürs Tourismus GmbH and Federal Ministry Republic of Austria: https://www.lechzuers.com/en/safety
Dear Guests, the coronavirus continues to dominate our lives. Many things have become routine now that we never had to worry about before. We can therefore assure you right now that safety is extremely important to us and – as always – hygiene is a top priority at "Salome" (in our guest rooms and public spaces alike). We expect that you will feel welcome and safe at all times, despite the many regulations!!
These regulations are constantly changing. Right now, we have the following concept in place – however. At the moment a 2-G-rule applies to our guests. We – meaning your hosts – the Beiser family – and the entire team (including our long-term employees and new additions), who will work through the coming, challenging winter with us here on the mountain – or more precisely, on Arlberg's sunshine plateau – will do everything we can to make your holidays as wonderful, relaxing and stress-free as possible.
As your hosts – fully aware of the responsibility that entails – we will do our utmost to ensure the highest possible safety for our guests and our team. This means ALL OF US (your hosts and most of the staff working here) will be wearing face masks and ask you, our esteemed guests, to also wear a face mask when entering or leaving our restaurant and to wear the mask and use disposable gloves at the buffet.
Our team has been trained thoroughly on precautionary measures, hygiene and disinfection. We now routinely do temperature checks for everyone in the team at the start and end of each shift.
We have put the long time between seasons to good use to add numerous wood/glass partitions, as well as glass separators between our tables at the restaurant, the self-service restaurant and at reception.
Our industrious chamber maids are busy cleaning and disinfecting all public areas, menu cards, room keys, etc.
Our restaurant menu and wine selection is being digitised and can be accessed with a QR code reader. We also digitised the guest information folder for you.
It goes without saying that you will find hand sanitiser dispensers wherever you go at Salome. Most likely, as we are used to around Arlberg, the 'weather gods' will smile on us most of the time, which means you will be able to spend a large portion of your holidays out in the open and enjoy lunch on the patio.
How exactly and in what way we will be starting into the season, however, depends largely on developments over the coming weeks and on possible changes in measures and restrictions.
Dear Salome guest, we can, however, guarantee right here and now that we will do our very best at all times to keep our friends and guests of "Salome" and of course all our employees safe, while still maintaining a comfortable atmosphere that is as relaxing and welcoming as possible.
