General Information

All of our GUEST ROOMS are equipped with direct-dial telephones, Internet access in the rooms, radio, color television, blow dryer, mini bar, safe, bathing robe and slippers.

CHECK-OUT: we request that guest check-out before 12:00 noon.

CHECK-IN: we attempt to have all rooms prepared for occupancy between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. Notice should be given for arrivals after 8:00 p.m.

RESERVATIONS are considered firm following receipt of a 300.- Euro (per person) deposit. (unless children staying in their parent's room)

A 18.- Euro refund is available for MEALS NOT TAKEN. Please inform the reception before 12:00 noon.

CHILD'S PRICE REDUCTION for children staying in their parent's room:
0 - 5 years of age are free,
5 - 7 years of age - bed charge
7 - 18 years of age - 50% reduction
over 18 years - 20% reduction

PETS are allowed in principle - but not in the main restaurant. A 25.- Euro charge is made for extra cleaning following check-out.

The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
* 40% of the total agreed price by
  1 month before the date of arrival;
* 70% of the total agreed price by
  1 week before the date of arrival;
* 90% of the total agreed price within the
  last week preceding the date of arrival.

The direction reserves the right to demand 70% of the costs for late arrivals and early departures.

We will, however, endeavor to rent the rooms as quickly as possible so that the cancellation charges are reduced or dropped.

Please inform us early enough for a late arrival.

IN COOPERATION WITH EUROPEAN TRAVELLER'S INSURANCE, WE OFFER A TRAVELLER'S INSURANCE CANCELLATION-COSTS.
Cost of journey - 5% = insurance premium.
We would be glad to provide further information.

Our hotel is reachable by car throughout the year, but please remember to bring snow chains in winter.
