We try to have the rooms ready for occupancy from 02.00 pm. If you arrive after 08.00 pm please call us.
Reservations
are considered firm following receipt of a 300 Euro deposit per person (unless children staying in their parent’s room).
A 20 Euro refund is available for meals not taken. Please inform the reception before 12.00 noon.
Child’s price reduction for children staying in their parent’s room:
0-5 years of age are free;
bed charge for children 5-7 years of age;
50% reduction for children 7-16 years of age;
20% reduction for children over 16 years of age
December 1 - December 17, 2023 and April 6 - April 21, 2024: No charge for children under 7 years in their parents room.

Pets are usually allowed, except in the rooms of the main restaurant. A 10 Euro charge per pet per day is made for extra cleaning following check-out.

Reservation cancellation – early departure – cancellation charges

The party may rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the party may only rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
The direction reserves the right to demand 70% of the costs for late arrivals and early departures.
We will, however, endeavor to rent the rooms as quickly as possible so that the cancellation charges are reduced or dropped.
